Administrative support is scoped and process-based. We do not manage operations or make business decisions on behalf of clients.
Billing Management
Who it’s for: Service-based and project-based businesses.
Description:
We manage billing workflows to ensure invoices are created accurately, documented properly, and recorded correctly in QuickBooks Online. This helps reduce delays, confusion, and rework—especially for insurance or multi-step billing processes.
Boundary:
We handle billing preparation and tracking. Payment collection and financial decisions remain with the business owner.
Estimating
Who it’s for: Contractors handling insurance estimating work.
Description:
We provide construction estimating support for insurance claims, including scope documentation and estimate preparation using industry-standard formats such as Xactimate. This service helps contractors present clear, defensible estimates that align with carrier expectations and support accurate billing.
Important boundary:
We support estimating and documentation. We do not act as the contractor of record or negotiate claims on behalf of the policyholder.
Bookkeeping
Your books are kept reconciled, organized, and consistently categorized so your CPA doesn’t have to clean things up at tax time. We align the books to support accurate filings and smoother year-end work.
