Depends on chart of accounts condition and number of connections.

Job Costing / Class Tracking Setup

Optional $75/month to maintain rules.

Important: setup + structure only. No job profitability analysis.

Transaction Overage (Occasional)

Add-on services are completely optional and offered as needed. Our primary focus is providing consistent, high-quality monthly bookkeeping for every client. To keep work accurate and on schedule, add-ons are clearly defined and approved in advance, and availability may vary during busy periods. Services outside of bookkeeping—such as payroll, tax filing, or financial advisory work—are not included. This approach helps keep your books clean, predictable, and ready for your CPA.

FAQs

How do you count transactions?

Transactions are counted as individual bank and credit card line items imported into QuickBooks Online each month. Each deposit, withdrawal, charge, or payment counts as one transaction.

Do you work with CPA-referred clients?

Yes. We regularly work with CPA-referred clients and keep books consistent and reconciled so tax preparation is smoother. If your CPA has specific reporting preferences, we’re happy to align with them.

What does “CPA-ready” mean?

CPA-ready means your accounts are reconciled, transactions are consistently categorized, and monthly financial statements are produced throughout the year—so your CPA isn’t cleaning up issues at tax time.

Do you offer catch-up or cleanup bookkeeping?

Yes. If your books are behind or need cleanup, we can quote catch-up work separately after a quick review. Ongoing monthly bookkeeping starts once books are brought current.

What is not included in monthly bookkeeping?

Payroll processing, tax filing, tax advice, financial strategy, and CFO-level services are not included. We focus solely on accurate, consistent bookkeeping and coordinate with your CPA as needed.

What if my transaction volume changes?

If you occasionally exceed your tier, we’ll handle it as an overage or recommend a temporary upgrade. If higher volume becomes consistent, we’ll move you to the appropriate tier going forward.

How long does onboarding take?

Most clients are fully onboarded within 3–7 business days once access to QuickBooks Online and financial accounts is provided.

What do I need to get started?

You’ll need QuickBooks Online access (or we can help you set it up), bank and credit card connections, and basic business information. The onboarding form walks you through everything.
