Deidra Lopes, CFO of BON

Deidra has provided bookkeeping and accounting support to small businesses for more than 30 years and serves as the backbone of Business Office Network’s bookkeeping division. Her experience spans multiple industries, business cycles, and economic shifts—giving her a grounded, real-world understanding of what business owners actually need from their financials.

Her work is built on long-term relationships, operational awareness, and consistency. Deidra doesn’t just categorize transactions—she takes the time to understand how each business truly runs. That context allows her to keep books accurate, organized, and CPA-ready, while catching issues early and preventing costly cleanup later.

Many of Deidra’s clients have trusted her with their books for over 20 years. That longevity isn’t accidental. It reflects her reliability, discretion, and commitment to doing the work right the first time—month after month, year after year.

CEO of BON

Keri has been building and running successful businesses for over 30 years. Before founding BON, she owned and operated a thriving insurance agency for over 20 years that expanded from senior and individual health insurance into property and casualty, with a focus on large commercial and farm accounts until she passed her agency on to her protege. Her reputation was built on personalized service, straight answers, and heart-centered client care.

Beyond insurance, Keri has successfully launched and operated multiple businesses across roofing supplementals, plumbing contractors, office staffing, and general contractor marketing and sales. She understands how businesses actually run... Not just on paper, but in the real world where timing, cash flow, and execution matter.

When Keri is involved, systems get tighter, operations run cleaner, and nothing falls through the cracks. Her standard of care is bar none, and she doesn’t settle for “good enough.”

Tyler Atencio

Staffing Coordinator

Tyler has worked alongside Keri since the early days, helping build and scale multiple businesses from the ground up. Along the way, she mastered systems, team management, and keeping operations running smoothly—especially in fast-moving, high-pressure environments.

She later branched out on her own, successfully running her own companies and proving she could lead and execute independently. But while the businesses were profitable, she wanted more than success—she wanted to be part of something bigger. A team with momentum, trust, and shared purpose.

When the opportunity came to reunite with Keri and Deidra, Tyler chose alignment over comfort, closing her cleaning business to return. Today, she leads all staffing operations—from recruiting to placement—making sure the right people are in the right seats so the business can scale cleanly.

She brings loyalty, execution, and fire to everything she does—and once she’s in, she’s all in.

Janet Laine

Administrative Assistant

Janet comes from a family where business was a way of life. Raised by business-minded parents, she grew up inside their insurance company, learning early what it takes to build something from nothing. Long before she had a title, she was answering phones, organizing paperwork, and listening to client conversations—absorbing how trust, follow-through, and reputation are earned one decision at a time.

Working in her parents’ business gave Janet a clear understanding of real-world operations: long hours, real responsibility, and the importance of doing right by people even when it’s not easy. She learned early that strong businesses are built on consistency, integrity, and long-term relationships.

Today, Janet brings generational perspective, hands-on experience, and a grounded work ethic to everything she does. She understands business from the inside out and treats every operation she supports with the same care and accountability she learned growing up.
